     The time of each delivery is from 3 to 15 work days for products that are available.

     Any damage must be reported to Customer Care within one (1) day after delivery and will require clear photographs to arrange appropriate services. For minor  damages, DELRIO’S FURNITURES will provide in-home repair service.

   Same Day Delivery and Next Day Delivery options are not available for purchases made through

  What's not included:

  • We cannot remove or rearrange existing furniture.
  • Create a clear path and cover exposed floors on day of delivery.

 Domestic Shipping

 We offer two options

  • We offer shipping to USA, shipping rating will be are calculate in the cart based in the product weight and your zip code,  assembly or installation are not included.

 ✔ We place all furniture inside the front door of your home or the first floor/lobby of your apartment or condo building.
✔ Your order can be scheduled at the first available date after purchase.

   2 - Orders placed outside our standard delivery area are fulfilled by a third-party shipping company. Basic and Premium Shipping are available across the continental United States. Freight and delivery charges will vary based on services selected, location, and total weight.

 **Delivery may take 1 - 6 weeks to arrive and depends on product availability, delivery location, and service type selected.

***** Due to the new wave of infections due to the new variant of the COVID 19 virus, some products are taking longer time to arrive than they normally should, we ask that you inform yourself well through our staff before making a purchase.

 You have 1 day to alert us of any damages or defects.

Our delivery associates make every effort to ensure you have a great delivery experience.

The information below will help ensure that happens:

  • Please make sure your order is fully paid for or financed by noon, two days prior to your delivery date. Should you need to reschedule your delivery, please notify us at least two days prior to the scheduled delivery date in order to avoid a rescheduling fee.
  • Our delivery drivers are happy to call you 30-60 minutes in advance of your delivery if that would be helpful to you. Please make sure any information they would need to contact you is provided on the sales order. If our drivers were unable to contact you, please call our Customer Service Center(s) 1-800-647-2313 or ( on the day of delivery to get your 3-hour delivery window. We are unable to make time commitments for delivery before our drivers set the three-hour window.
  • Please have the room prepared and ready to receive your new merchandise. For the safety of our delivery associates please be sure to have your walkways and driveways clear and clean.
  • Please plan to meet our delivery associates at the delivery address during the three-hour time block so that you will be able to inspect your merchandise with our delivery associates. If you happen to be away from home when our delivery drivers arrive, they will leave a note indicating the time they attempted to deliver your product. They will try again later that day to make your delivery. If we miss you on both attempts, please contact us so we may reschedule your delivery on the next available date. A delivery fee will be charged for the rescheduled delivery.
