We have identified several out of town websites that can’t physically or financially afford to take care of customers when they have an issue – some of these sites have been branded by the Better Business Bureau as “F” rated businesses based on the severity of customer claims on their poor experience. They can be easily identified if you look at their return policy – any site that charges a large restocking fee plus round trip freight means they have no intention of ever taking care of a customer and simply can't compete with our superstore experience – the price they quote you is simply their starting price – and often not your final cost.
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the prices, availability, and descriptions of the products contained in this website. However, in the event of discrepancy, in-store information will take precedence. Obvious pricing errors will not be honored.
Terms and Conditions Return Policy
A receipt and return authorization is required for all returns, exchanges and refunds. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund and refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original payment. Refunds, exchanges and re-selections are issued once the item is received and inspected.
- A one-time reselection, of equal or greater value, or return is allowed within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Your reselection must occur within 7 days after contacting to the Manager of Del Rio’s Furniture.
- Delivery is a service and the delivery fee is non-refundable. A new delivery fee will be applied to all reselections and returns.
- All cancelled *special orders and/or returned merchandise will be charged a restocking fee - 10% fee on in-stock merchandise, 30% fee for *special orders placed with the manufacturer. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Custom order items are not eligible for return or reselection.
- Orders delivered with Del Rio’s Furnitures's nationwide delivery are NOT eligible for return.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. If the delivery is refused customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the order.
- Mattresses, Mattress Foundations, Bedding and/or Miscellaneous Mattress/Bedding accessories are not eligible for return.
*Special orders are defined as merchandise available from the manufacturer, but not in-stock at Del Rio’s Furniture, specifically selected by the customer.

Online purchases can be made using MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Affirm, Acima, Progressive leasing.
Routinely stocked items may be cancelled for a full refund or credit up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. This does not apply to floor models and clearance items, as the sale of these items is considered final. Special Orders, Table pads, Parts, Throw Pillows, and Fabric orders may not be cancelled.
All authorized refunds of payments made by credit card will be credited to the originally charged credit card account within five (5) business days. If you paid by cash or check, you will be issued a check within ten (10) business days. Please note: Refunds requiring the return of any products taken possession of are dependent on said return. The allowable business days for refund processing begin upon the receipt of the products being returned.
Clearance merchandise includes the following: Floor models, Discontinued products, Merchandise with some irregularity or cosmetic defect in wood, fabric or other material that took place while on the showroom floor, during shipping, while in the warehouse or during the manufacturing process and Tent Sale Merchandise. All Clearance Merchandise sales are final; no returns, no refunds or exchanges are accepted.
